Đọc nguyệt san trên mạng

Nếu hệ điều hành của bạn là Windows 98/ 2000/ XP và bạn đang dùng trình duyệt Internet Explorer 5.x hay 6.x để lên mạng thì bạn sẽ không gặp trở ngại khi đọc các trang Unicode Việt ngữ trong mạng này.
